2010 Giant Boulder SE or 2009 Felt Q520?

I can buy either of these bikes new for nearly the same price (Felt with the disc brakes would be $25 more)
Both are Aluminum frame hardtails and they both fit my needs well for riding.

Which would you choose and why?

Bikes: Takara 10 spd, Felt F90, Felt Q720

Felts are awesome bikes, I love my 07 FQ720, it has been rode hard, all we have in East Tennessee are rocks and roots, they both seem to grow very well here.

Bikes: A fat tire & a skinny tire & two others I loaned out

Felt, hands down. The Q520 is an entry level mountain bike. The Boulder is a box store bike that has only been kept out of Wal Mart & Target because it bares the Giant name.

I've got an 09 boulder se converted to single speed... Took all that gearing crap off- slapped on some new Mavic SUP 121's... A fresh pair of Maxxis Holy Rollers... better suspension.. etc. Its served me very well and taken everything I've thrown at it. Just gotta give it some TLC with better/quality parts. I don't agree with the Boulder se being "big box" material.
