Found a Gem in the middle of a Crap hole
Hey, i have some good news since my last post, i went riding for about 10 hours a few weeks ago and found an old, american companies disused quarry about a mile from where i live, the whole quarry is full of mud, grit and small stones and it has clay mixed in with it, there is about 200 tons of mud and dirt at my disposal to do what i want, when i want, the quarry is about 300 yds wide by the same length.
So, i was wandering, do i build jumps, or do i build a BSX course, the groud is really good for building on, and ive already started with a few mates with a small track with a berm and a little drop off, and we've started some jumps, i also found a small vert ramp which somebody has made, when i build some stuff ill post some pics, this place really is amazing, I dont know who's company it is, but i thank you americans for using our country as a dumping ground, its helped me loads, THANK YOU!

Hahaha. Thats good to hear. It reminds me of the place up the road from my house, its a valley that used to be an old hard rubbish dump so the valley now has a flat bit of land across the bottom. The council gave us dirt (12 truck loads so far) to build jumps with- and not to mention the direct trail link with a few DH trails there. I want to build a 4X/BikerX track there but my friends are too lazy! Haha.

haha.... they are building a new road by my house (161 road const for all you C-bus guys) and it is basically like a dirt park right now, for a couple miles beside the highway... The only problem is, they are working on it all day every day well into the night. Between that and the rain, its hard to sneak on there, but when I get to, its freakin amazing. I got caught building a ramp there on labor day out of some straw bales and sheets of plywood they had sitting around!
