I'm with hooligan performance is much more important then looks but I dont think that I would be able to ride that, but if its strong enough I would ride it no matter what the looks. But none the less its still really really ugly, what bike company is that anyways?

Yea it kinda looks like that. Might also be able to be called a train wreck, or maybe some one just threw a couple buckets of paint on it.

ah well, if that was a REpaint, it's a question of taste

I guess you could always have it stripped and repainted... if you have enough money for that bike, you should have enough for a new paint job.
