Help Needed Please re Raising Handle Bars

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone out there has any knowledge of Helium Hill 300x's? We have one that we bought a few years ago, but the handlebars are not adjustable. Does anyone know of anyway we can higher the handlebars or whether there is anything out there we can purchase to use to higher them please?

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks

From: South Yorkshire, England.

Bikes: Colnago CX-1 Record 11sp. Carbon Epic expert 29er, Claud Butler Dalesman. Proflex X-px Works, Cougar 653. KHS Montana Pro, Hercules Alassio. Ammoco Monte Carlo F/SS. Corratec Superbow Fun 29er. Claud Butler Midas. Kenisis T2. Peugeot Perthus.

You could buy a stem extender, they sell on ebay for about 10 pounds in England or your LBS would fit one in about 2 minutes.

Besides the stem riser adapter mentioned above, there are also these options.

1. A higher rise stem. The couple pics I saw in google search seem to be sporting 10 degree stem so you could put a 35° on there or something like that. Just need to get one with a 1 1/8 steerer clamp and a bar clamp diameter to match your bars. I'll post a chart below that shows how much stem angle changes rise.

2. A (higher) rise bar. Just need to determine the clamp diameter of your bar. (25.4 or 31.8mm). 75mm (or so) rise bars are readily available. Even higher rise can be found here and there.

Here's the stem angle, reach and rise chart from Habanero:
