what frame?

Hi

I have a scot aspect which i am wanting to upgrade. Would you be able to tell me the best frame for my scott with a buget of 250.

There are quite a few scott aspects. What is the corresponding number that goes with the model. Also what type of riding do you usually do? That will have a lot to do with what frame would be a good buy.

It's like a 2008 model. I do off-road biking and the odd jump.

Once you buy a frame, you're not really upgrading your current bike anymore...you're swapping parts to a new frame. Unless you have a really nice parts spec on there, you're most likely going to be better off just buying a new bike.
