Just went to get the replacement yesterday. Got stuck in Southern NH due to weather, made it back today and installed it. Here are the pics. Also wound up getting a Giro E2 when I went to get another spacer to add to the steerer when I noticed that they had a 2004 E2 on close out. If you notice, I have it set on the 80mm setting in the first two pics, then switched it to the 125mm setting via U-turn. Sorry about the photo quality, need to clean the lens apparently.

How is it? Have you ridden on it yet? I must admit, it looks pretty damn good.

Just got back from just taking an easy spin, it's smooth, I think I'm going to need some stiffer springs though.

The Z1 is going to be put onto a bike more suitable for it, an Intense 5.5 possibly. You'd be shocked how much I got it for.
