Slight problem with shoe selection

Okay well im looking for shoes for the crank brothers Candy SL that i got and im wondering, do i need to pay attention to a special drill pattern on the bottom. I see like 2 hole and 3 hole and SPD R. What does crank brothers require? Please help as this is my first clipless shoe

You need the two hole (or four hole). SPD compatible work. Check out the instructions that came with the pedals.

two hole...mountain spd shoes are all compatible with crank bros cleats....you mite be looking at road shoes dude...thats wat the R is for
