Looks real nice, I'm spec'ing out a possible 29er build, and am looking at Cole 29ER Lite wheels https://www.colewheels.com/pages/prod...ails.php?ids=2

The 15mm isn't too much of an issue now, as most aftermarket wheels are starting to be compatible with 9mm / 15mm /20mm via adaptor.

Quite like Crank Brothers Cobalt as well for a bit more money, of if you really want to splash out Enve.

That downtube's all twisted. Doesn't Park sell a Downtube Untwister? The DUT-1, I believe?

Seriously, great looking bike. Have no idea about wheels, but thanks for posting the photo because it's nice to see a good looking build.
