Tire Question

My current tire is Huchinson Airlite 26x2.0 and I want to get new tires. The wheel is Mavic D-521.

What type of tire can I use? I'm a little confused when I saw clincher tires. I've always thought there are two types of tires, tubular tire and tubeless tire.

Thanks

Tubeless tyres are clinchers, you can use any non tubular tyre.

Bikes: Yes. The more the better.

I sense that you may be confusing the term "tubular" with tires that take tubes. Here is a link to Sheldon Brown;s site which offers an explanation: https://sheldonbrown.com/tires.html

Just go watch a youtube video on changing bike tires, get yourself a set of tire levers, and you'll be fine. Just take your time and be careful not to pinch the tube. After you change a few tires you'll be doing it no problem.

I was looking at those Stans Arch wheel set with Hope Pro2 Evo Hub. Are they compatible with tube tires? The tubeless Trial King tire is very heavy, I would rather go with clincher type of tire due to their lighter weight. But I do want to try those wheel sets with Hope Pro 2 Evo hub plus 15mm TA QR.
