Jagwire Mountain Pro Kit?

First time in the MB forum but I thought maybe you guys would be the ones to ask about the baove item.
I have a Surly LHT that I built up last fall and I seem to continue to have an annoying problem with the RD. There is a bit of hesitation when I up shift. At first I thought the housing going into the RD was too short and maybe binding so I lengthened it. But it still hesitates a bit.So I was wondering about this Jagwire housing.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
