Bikes: too many sparkly Italians, some sweet Americans and a couple interesting Japanese

SIDI Dominator sizing change?

My old Sidi Dominators are showing their age so looking for a new pair and my LBSs don't carry Sidi, found this on the web:

"If you have never owned a SIDI Shoe or your previous SIDI is 5+ years old, please check with the SIDI FAQ page to help choose the correct size for you!"

Do I need to travel to find Dominators in a shop to check a "new" fit, worried as the 45 Dominators fit was heaven when found?

Bikes: 2007 Cannondale Six13, 2001 Cannondale Jekyll 500

I bought a pair this summer (mail order) and they fit pretty true. I bought my first Sidi's in 2001 (road), another pair around 2003 (tri) and now the Dominators. All are 42's and fit pretty good.

From: Looking for my lung on Green Mountain or flowing the trails at Port Gamble

Bikes: Cannondale(x3). Synapse, cyclocross and 29er Scalpel

Also, most peoples feet get wider as we age/gain weight, etc. My Sidi's lasted 7 years but sadly my feet got too wide for them. I just stick with Shimanos. My wife says I have Barney Rubble short/wide feet so they fit the best.

Still true to size. Just replaced a pair of Dom5s after seven years of bliss. I went a size higher, due to increased feet swelling in my old age.
