Hey,
I just wanted to say that toay's ride was pretty great. Seeing sun, snow and moutains all during the same ride was a blast. Hats off to the 2 Bills for riding so strong on those fully loaded commuter bikes/ tanks. And to pwnt and Superdex's gf for doing such a good job on just their 2nd road ride. I look forward to more group riding with y'all.
FWIW, I have an excellent book called, "Road Biking Colorado" that has a bunch of scenic rides of varying difficulty. Some of the rides are in the Front Range area and there are many more scattered throughout the state. I volunteer myself to organize a group ride before June.

Look forward to the next ride.I have that book, too! Looks like some great rides in it.

Edit: Wait, I don't have that one... mine is 'Road Biking Colorado's Front Range' and all the roads are in the Front Range.
It's still a good book!

Man did I have a good time. Even the crash was a fun (Fallover). Glad to get it outta the way. I couldn't have wished for a better group to ride with. All the different strengths and abilities was really a pleasure as well. I would ride with anyone of you anytime. Just give me a holla!
Thanks Snowy for organizing it! You rock!
Let's get the next one going!!!!

Thanks for the ride folks. We have to do that again soon. Next time I will eat more than a brownie for breakfast and actually pack some food. Completely bonked at the end. My head still hurts. It was great riding with everyone. Sorry about my noisy bike, I can only plead laziness for not working on it lately. And it wasn't my first fall of the season (thanks icy bike path) but it was pretty embarassing.
Here are the pix I took (warning they are very big):

BTW, I had to get back to the family, we had a sick 2.5 year old all weekend so while I would have loved to finish the ride with you guys, after riding 2.5 hours on Saturday, I needed to get back home and give momma a break, so having the ride go by so close to my house worked out perfectly, thanks again,
