Cherry Creek Flooding
So, this spring is the first time I've regularly commuted through the cherry creek trail from Downing St to Wynkoop St.
The last week, the trail has been flooded in spots! Is this typical this time of year?
I have no problems taking the streets, but the trail is just so darned convenient for me. I need a daily scout to tell me if the trail is flooded.

Just wait 'til you see it under six feet of water, like last year.

I imagine, since its flooded on dry days even, that its a result of draining water out of the reservoir?
I think I'll just give up the trail for awhile until I know for sure there won't be any more flooding.
