West Virginia Trails
I'm trying to figure out some of the trails in WV; the problem is that I can find few maps, but rather verbal descriptions.
I. The south branch of the Mon River system goes from Morgantown to Pricketts fork State Park, the Marion County Trail goes from the Park to Fairmont, and the West Fork River Trail goes from Fairmont to Shinneston. Well and good. The Harrison County Park & Recreation Bike & Hike Trail is listed as going from Clarksburg to Spelter. But how does one get from Shinneston to Spelter? Then we have the North Bend Trail, which goes from Wolf Summit to Parkersburg. How does not get from Clarksburg to Wolf Summit? In short, I'm trying to figure out if there is a good cycling route from Morgantown to Parkersburg.
II. The Bear Pen Ridge, Boundry, Gauly Mountain, Red Rim, Tea Creek, and Williams River Trails all are listed as being within the Tea Creek Recreation Area. However, I can't find a map of the Recreation Area that can tell me to what extent do these trails connect with one another, if at all.

I would consider posting this same question to theses folks.
Mon Bike Club of WV
or,
www.crcyclists.org
I would take C/R 9 west from Clarksburg, and in approximately 6 miles you'll be in Wolfs Summit.
