Jones Beach Documentary on PBS

PBS in New York showed a really engaging documentary on the creation and history of Jones Beach last night. It reminded me of what a "special" destination this is and how fortunate we are that Robert Moses was convinced to include a bicycle path on the Wantagh Parkway.

No, but I already knew that. I'm not commenting on the man. Having read "The Power Broker" cover-to-cover, I know exactly what Moses was. Regardless, I am glad to have Jones Beach, and it makes me feel good to see all colors enjoying it.
