Central Park update?

Any current update on what riding in Central Park is like with respect to ticketing?

On my afternoon commutes, if the wind is too much on the Westside path;
I detour thru the Central Park loop. This would be around 3pm, Mon-Fri. so
about once a week I go thru the park. I see cyclists going thru the red,
myself included; no tickets so far. I think if you slow down and make sure
no one's getting run over, you'll be fine. But when I see roadies blasting
thru the red lite at full speed missing pedestrians by inches; I can see why
the NYPD and the general public gets annoyed.
