New steel frame
I am finally replacing a bike frame I purchased in 1992 a lugged steel bianchi the bottom bracket shell is starting to show rust and this my first new bike since that time reading around there are some good small steel builders makeing Pretty light and comfortable frames but I want a fitting in person I think. So the questions are
Any builders In the northeast that you would recommend?
Has anybody gotten a custom/semi custom frame over the net/phone that would reccomend this method

It depends where you're located. There are a lot of amazing builders in the NE that you could visit to get measured and discuss a build.
