Spring Century rides?

Ideas for organized March/April rides from 60-100 miles within 3 hour drive of NYC?

I know about Adirondacks and Battenkill. What else is out there in the spring?

Berkshire Brevets is running some early spring events: The St. Patrick's Day 100K on March 17, the early spring 200K on March 24, and another 200K on April 27. (The 200Ks are a little longer than 100 miles, but if you've already done 100, what's another 24.5?)

The rides start and end in Westfield, MA, which is maybe 2.5 hours from NYC depending on your route.

Information isn't online yet but will be reasonably soon at New Horizons Bikes.

Edit: since these are randonneuring events, they're not supported the way many organized rides are. Expect to be self-sufficient. And expect some spectacular countryside!

I was going to mention this as well. I just actually signed up for the 120k ride with them since its probably one of the earliest rides of any significant miles I will do this season.

Check out the WCBC Icicle Century in Newark, DE. It's about 3 hours from Staten Island, so might be just within the distance you're willing to go. I've signed up for the first time this year.
