citibike's IT / account / privacy / problem

I was a fan, until I discovered that my billing information is mixed up with the account info of another biker. I lost the key and needed a new one, that's how I discovered that I now have the contact info of a stranger attached to my billing info. So, who has my account info? Citibike has no clue and is refusing to find out (so far) nor am I getting a replacement key. My advice to everyone, check everything on your account, this seemed to be a bigger problem.

Please keep us posted. I signed up a couple of weeks ago and have not received my key yet. I might start making calls today.
