Homeless junk in CCCanal trail tunnel in Walnut Creek
I called this to the nice lady at EBRPD. But just in case for those in the area. The Contra Costa Canal trail that follows the canal (mostly runs east/west) has several tunnels in it. Like really big corrugated metal tubes. The one under North Main Street had a shopping cart and other homeless junk in it. I didn’t see any occupant but coming from the bright sun into the dark tunnel makes visibility poor. Hope you all are being careful out there. Regards.
