I was just riding on Andersen Drive this last Sunday for a ride across the RSR Bridge to Tiburon/Mill Valley area. I don't quite go up to that grade crossing as I turn off for the bike path just before it but looking at Google Earth street view it's a tricky spot - angled crossing of RR tracks and two lanes converging into one.
RIP.
