Hmmm, hard to compare, as my legs got more tired each time.

I'd say that Diablo was the most challenging (did the North Gate side), but also the most satisfying to finish. It was also nice to look down and see my progress all the time.

Tam was the most scenic climb, plus had the most shade (it was about 100 degrees for both Tam and Diablo, a bit cooler for Hamilton).

Hamilton had the best company (you guys).

(Although you'd certainly be taking it easy on me...my legs will definitely not have recovered.)

San bruno is a nice slow slight climb to halfway/ usually with tailwind then a couple of almost steep short sections. If I can do it on a Single spd...You'll have no probleemo! and I'll take you for a Soy latte after!
Pete
Time and place-Daley City Bart would make it real easy! and you can name time...

Sounds good...how about Daly City Bart around 10? That'll give me time to take the dogs for a run and have some breakfast.

Wuow! You're one swim short of a tough triathlon day! I think you're beyond Cheetah. This calls for...(drum roll) Robo-Cheetah.

Are you on a mission? I think this thread should be re-labeled to something like "tackling as many mountains as my legs could withstand" ... I'm jealous ... I gotta work tomorrow. But it was freakin' hot out there ... near 100 in Santa Clara.

Funny - tomorrow I'll be doing San Bruno Mountain during my lunch, sounds like you'll be long finished by the time I'm there. I'll likely be getting to the start of the climb on Guadalupe Canyon (bay side) just before 12.

Enjoy!

That would be a nice bonus -- I normally try to leave my office by 11:30-ish, since it's a 20min ride to the start of the climb. I'll see if I can get out a little early, but I expect you guys will have shot through long before though.

If you see someone on a black Roubaix wearing black bibshorts, green PI jersey, white helmet and red face -- that'll be me.

OK. Bart it is. Turns out my M-I-L will be here tomorrow and can pick up my son at 12:30, so my deadline is not so firm after all. Perhaps we can climb up a couple of times .
