Already going through withdraws.
My ride is in the shop for a week and it is my only bike. Do not like. I was supposed to do a century tomorrow, but there goes those plans.
I am getting a warranty fix on my bicycle (new crankset, press on spindle came loose). Won't have the part at the shop till next week and a guy wanted to personally work on my bike. As long as he does a good job, I do not care.
Here is the question, what physical activities shall I do instead? swimming? jogging? hiking? hockey? I am not used to having to make this decision.

Running is good cross-training for cycling.
Hope your bike gets done soon!

Or take the entire week off and call it extended rest.

I might play a pickup game of ice hockey on friday. that is what I have in mind.
So far what I have scheduled:
Thursday evening: climbing
Friday morning: ice hockey (maybe)
Sunday: more climbing
Sometime next week: golf
I think I am going to force myself to go for a small run tomorrow followed by some swimming as a cooldown and cause... why not.

Just went climbing for my first time in years. I learned one thing for sure... I have no arm muscles. Well, pushups and pullups, here I come.
Also, it was so much fun. Want to do it again.
