Short-term Swap: Rollers for Trainer
Hi all,
I have a very nice set of free-ride rollers that I am interested in trading for a trainer for the next 6-or-so weeks.
I love the rollers, have no issue doing 400+w intervals on them, but I broke my collar bone on Saturday and will need something a little harder to fall off for the near future.
If you're interested in trading, or have an unused trainer to spare for a bit, please let me know!
Thanks,
Chris

Good idea. I was able to get on the trainer after like 3 weeks (IIRC). I would have lent it to you, but it was an old POS that we threw out during our move last year. Anyway, I basically waited for the bone halves to fuse back together, and then added a week before getting on the trainer. You could do it one handed... but not worth the risk IMHO... BUT.... If you get the surgery you can basically get on the trainer a few days later.

Thanks for PMs and offers folks. Not responding to all as typing is a pain, but I'm all set now. The generosity in the cycling community is pretty uplifting!
