Yup. Ordered some tires on 12/26, they said they shipped 1/5 but have yet to receive them. Every time I email them they just give me some generic response about international shipping and customs. I've never had any problems either, but I think this will be the last time I order from them.

My one and only order from them took about 40 days to arrive. They gave me a few bs excuses, but I don't think they even processed the order until I emailed them three weeks after it was placed. This was just for a pair of tires that were supposedly in stock. I won't be using them again.

Ordered on 1/21 (Friday evening, CA time), shipped 1/24 (Monday), delivered 1/31. No complaint.

Ordered some stuff on 12/15 that didn't arrive 'till around 1/20. My experience with them prior had always been good, arrival times less than a week. I don't know if this is an unfortunate new trend or it's just holiday season backup.

I guess it was holiday-related. Good to know.

It's a crapshoot getting things from other counties. I've had stuff from Canada take a month to get here.

Am I glad for this thread. I've been patiently waiting for tires to arrive and it's been a while. In the past, the shipping was quicker than U.S. mail but this time it's taking forever and I'm getting a little worried.

I emailed them yesterday and they said to "wait a while longer" up to 28 days.

A question. What happens if a order didn't arrive ever?

I placed 2 small orders with PBK in early January. Both arrived in about 2 weeks.

oh, wow, deja vu, there's an exact thread like this one happening in a parallel universe...

well, the answer's the same; small, one item order shipped on 1/14 and still waiting. Georges must've found the sweet spot for PBK shipping.

They used to be fast, but have been getting slower and slower. Ordered two tires, shipped on 1/9 still waiting...

They've always been good on my shipping, but I haven't ordered from them in about 6 months. I'm wondering if the weather has anything to do with it, or if the stuff just got hung up in customs.

I think it depends on what your order. I placed a second order for tires & tubes that I didn't need till April on 1-27-11 and it just arrived. My crank, bb & WMD must still be in customs.

Ha ha, OK, in the parallel universe, those guys thought the homeland security guys were still jimmyjacking around with stuff coming through customs up until the week of 1/17-21, since folks have been reporting that orders since then have arrived in a timely fashion

It's not PBK's fault - it's new restrictions put on packages in the UK from the New Year as well as the holiday rush. They were so backlogged it was threatening to shut them down. But, everyone's package is on the way, and if you don't receive it in 28 days they'll send you an identical order for free.

They're a good company - completely absorbing the losses that they're being given by the UK airmail. Be patient.

Holiday rush + that terrorist toner cartridge bomb a few months ago really screwed everything up for international shipping to US.

Like you didn't know, PBK takes forever. I waited almost a month for a set of tires and some schwag, the worse part was running to the door whenever a UPS truck rolled down my street. Talk about heartbreak.

I had a ribble order shipped on 12/16/2010. It arrived last Tuesday (Feb 1). I need a few things again. Do I dare test the waters?
