NorCal East, Sunday 12/18: Sunday Hills!
Normal type ride for tomorrow. Rolling from my place at 8am, Folsom Bike at 9:30. Pacing 17-18 on flats, less going up, more going down. Hilltop regroups. Lunch at Newcastle Deli.
Route will go up Auburn Folsom, drop down 49 to the Confluence, climb Old Foresthill and loop back to Auburn. Then down Auburn Ravine, cross town via Palm/Mt. Vernon, Down Millertown and Bald. Up Lozanos and to Newcastle for lunch.
No specific plan yet for post lunch.
Helmets, water, snacks, stuff to fix a flat, etc. required. Please leave aerobars and music players at home.
