Ramrod 2015
So, who's doing it?
Wishing great rides to all, and fingers crossed for weather this is warm and sunny--but not *too* warm and sunny.

I am. It will be my second time in 3 years. Both of the traditional course. Must be lucky. Looks to be a very hot day going up Cayuse. Stay hydrated, have fun!

I didn't quite make the cut this year. I'm in the mid-200's on the wait list. I imagine I'll get a spot next year. For those of you riding it, have fun, and drink plenty of fluids! It' going to be hot!

I hope folks had a good ride and stayed hydrated. This was my first time doing RAMROD, and I loved it--the route is fantastic, and I was also very impressed by the organization and support. Stunning scenery for almost the whole ride, and I smashed my stretch goal time by over an hour, so I'm really happy about the day on many fronts!

Oh my gosh. I think my 31 miles today is pretty long. And I can only aspire to someday ride all the way home from work in Stayton, which would make about a metric century for the day. I respect you guys but have no wish to join the club.

I didn't get in last year. I think about 200 people made it from the wait list last year so I was close, but not close enough. I did manage to get in this year. You never know though, you might still make it.

148 miles in one day minus all the elevation gain would be a total push for me. You throw in about a 8000+ feet of actual climbing... I'd literally be dead.
