My brother needs some help from anyone who lives in or is near Corvallis Oregon. He purchased a bike and the shop will not ship until someone signs a statement that essentially says, don't do stupid things on this bike. You walk in sign the form and walk out and for your troubles you get a $50 gift certificate. The bike is paid for and is awaiting shipment. Can you help out a fellow cyclist? Why can't he fax or PDF a signed statement?

I bought my Fargo there. I don't remember signing a form like that, but maybe I did and only paid it as much attention as all the agreements you have to click on for installing software. I'd do it but I don't know when I'll get down to Corvallis again. Probably within a month.
