I dunno for sure. Mine just doesn't seem to stay as true for as long as similar quality rear wheels with 3-cross both sides. That set also had a radially laced front. I was all excited when I got the fancy laced wheels, but excitement wore off after a year or so. Of course I'm talking about wheels built in the 1980s and 1990s here.

Easton probably has some magic sauce for even their low end wheels.

To be honest, I just wish most wheels were 32 or 36 spoke 3 cross 14 gauge brass nipple ol' fashion goodness.

HFCS is poison. I got 3 12pks of Pepsi Throwback the other day. That stuff is solid gold. I need to buy more before it disappears again.

There are at least 4 outlets within 4 miles of me. A tacqueria, the 7-11, a Shell Station and a pizza joint.

I've heard tell of Costco sometimes having cases, but I don't do the Costco thing.

In East Coast and I think Midwest markets the bottlers put out real sugar coke for Passover. They might have that around Passover time in DC.

Keep your eyes peeled for Throwback Pepsi and Mountain Dew, also.

Here's a link for cane sugar Dublin Dr. Pepper in 12oz cans and 8 oz bottles

My everyday wheels are light, and 2 cross all over the place. DT double butted, but alloy nipples. I just switched them all out to brass, and upped the tension. I actually think the tension was too low, and the was causing all kinds of havoc.

Finish lines are only sweet when you cross them first. Why would it be covered in poo? Is that a Tri thing?

Oh gosh I hate intervals...

I decided to ride the trainer instead of rollers tonight, just a short workout:

5 minute warmup, then 2 mins work/2 mins rest x 4...just one set....and now I really want to puke.

I wore my HRM and I noticed that the by the last 30 seconds of each work interval I was close to 100% of max HR of 185 (175-180). Not sure if that is good or bad....

Any comments or suggestions, other than I should HTFU and do 2 or 3 sets?

Be careful, with this talk of mexican coke, it's only a matter of time before the DEA is at your door...

btw I see they are selling this at my local grocery store (Wegman's) here in Pennsylvania.
