Looks like it to me. Someone else identified the SN as being that of a Superior. Based on the lugs and the serial location/typeface compared to my Paramount, I have no reason to doubt them.

Well some additional information from different group. The serial number appears to be from an 81-83 Schwinn Superior. This would explain the "non-Paramount" serial number but the use of Nervex lugs....
