I like Liquigas, Astana and Columbia kits. Liquigas' is an acquired taste. In the current peloton, I'd say Caisse D'Epargne's is the sharpest looking. Individually, I like Cancellara's Swiss Champion jersey the best.
Milram, Quickstep, FDJ, Bbox, Agritubel, AG2R - how many teams will be allowed to wear blue and white? They aren't bad looking, but my goodness. Half the peloton is a blur of blue and white.
I don't think much of Rabobank's, Garmin's, Saxobank's, or Cervelo's kit. Saxobank's gets tempered though because so many of their riders have non-standard jerseys due to national championships.
Favorite team kit from recent memory is toss up between Domina Vacanze, and Isles Balears.

I like Caisse D'Epargne too, but I'm not sure I'd want to ride 150km in the summer wearing a black jersey.
Of the national champ kits, my fave is Nick Roche's Irish RR champ jersey: green on white with a shamrock. Classic.

this is my favorite jersey of all time. probably because i'm an avid environmentalist and i love the discovery channel, but it's still a great design imo
as for worst, it's yet to be in the tour, but i hate rock racing's kit. looks like some **** a 14 year old would buy at hot topic.

My favorite for the last few years is Francaise des Jeux. Simple, clean, nice graphics.

if you consider thinking "outside the box" being taking trends from the fashion world and applying it to a racing kit, then i'm not against thinking outside the box
i just particularly dislike (as a matter of opinion) the crap they have chosen that is so far inside the box (skulls/wings/forward-backward letters) of ******-bag fashion. they might as well have made a jersey that looks like a pink lacoste polo over a green polo over a yellow polo.

Of today's team kits, I like FDJ and Milram. Maybe it's just me, but the Milram kits kind of remind me of Gerolsteiner, and I liked their kits too.
In the past, I thought La Vie Claire was really "outside the box" cool, and I remember there was a team that sported a jersey that looked like a cartoon speech bubble. Something like Team Z or so. It had "interesting factor" though I don't think it was amazing design aesthetic.
I still like the older (50s-60s-70s) teams where there was just the name of the main sponsor on the jerseys (like Molteni, Panasonic, Bianchi, etc)

Being a commuter, I keep waiting for a team to come out with a hi-vis kit. I think that would be awesome.

I like Katusha and Astana Kits, but I am biased.
As for RockRacing. Damn their kits are ugly, and having to see them (the version they sell to weekend warriors) almost everyday is just painful.

Longing for a Tail Wind
I must admit, when I saw the TeamRadioShack.com site my first thought was that they would have jerseys that would knock of La vie Clair/Mondrian --
Gotta say, Love Euskatel, love orange. And, kinda liked the AG2R kit, was that really brown and blue?
Based on the results so far, I now realize why there are so many jersey options, very different tastes, haha.
