Tour De Lance

Most of you guys probably know already, but for the others, there's a new book out. So far, I think it's a pretty good read.

Of course there's a new book on Armstrong ... it's June

Like most books, get it from your local public library. It's free.

That I worded it this way. There are some of you that know just about everything, but there are other that don't. Thanks for the replies.

You may have gotten different replies if you had posted in the fanboy forum instead of the forum for people who actually race their bikes.

Wow, do you have some anger issues or are you just a jerk?

Just trying to be helpful. Note that the thread has now been moved to the fanboy forum.

Thanks Walter

The mods moved it here, so I didn't have much to do with it. Anyhow all I was trying to do is let who was interested in a new book know, that one was out. It seems like every time I try to post in the road forum I ether get a sarcastic answer, or no answer at all. I do realize that there are a lot of kids here, an except what they say, but I really don't have too. Everybody knows that kids know everything anyhow. Anyhow just because I posted a new book, I get flamed. You guys are a real nice group, but I'm glad I don't ride with any of you.
217 back at ya Have a good day.

Yes, the mods moved it here, which is why I thanked Walter for moving it. I'm just saying, the professional cycling forum is a more appropriate venue for posting a book about a professional cyclist than the road bike racing forum, where you had posted it. We want to talk about our own racing, and we really don't care about Lance.

You know what, just drop the whole thing. I'm really sorry I posted in the wrong place. Maybe next time I'll ask or read all the rules. We must go by the rules , right? Please don't reply back, OK, thank you. 217

There is an appropriate forum to discuss professional cycling.
Yes, there is and there is an appropriate way to tell someone that. Unfortunately you decided not to use that method and instead be a jerk, as well as try to speak for all racers.

All that I posted before the OP got all butthurt was "217"

You didn't even post in the thread until it was already moved to here, the appropriate forum.

You must have a really bad life to be such an angry person. I actually feel sorry for you. Therefore I will leave you alone in this thread.

You are amusing. You are reading anger into my responses, but I am only sitting here laughing.

I always find it interesting how people who get called out for being angry on forums always respond by saying they are sitting at home laughing. Can't you anger management issues people come up with something creative? Anyway, I'm done here after this final observation:

You have shown that you have a desperate need to get in the last word in both threads tonight. Make your next one a good one.

You said you were done. I guess you wanted to get the last word in too?

I leave it as an exercise to the reader to find all of the "anger" that I posted in this thread.

Hey umd, I've read some of your post about Garmin on the road forum and also saddle adjustments and fit. Doe's all that belong in the road forum.
It wasn't just 217, it's your arrogance, beside a few other things that you do. Are you the forum cop? Do as I tell you to do, but that doesn't apply to me. Why don't you just bypass my post if you don't like them, or if you have a problem with them. I really sorry I tried to tell other people about a book in the wrong forum. I wonder, is it because people don't read in the racing forum, or any other one for that matter.

You know if you guys posted about the book, instead of each other.....

So, I'm not a big Lance fan but for the sake of congeniality..... How is the book?
