What is a "Turn Around". Are you going into rehab? Or this some sort of sexual thing? Just wondering, thx.

I work at a Chemical Plant, it runs 24-7- 365 and a Turn Around (TAR) is when you shut down and over haul the plant and fix what cannot be repaired when the plant is running.
This one is scheduled to last 65 days (13 hours a day for us) so there wont be any staying up to watch bike racing or much else for that matter.

The ones in that pic are the easy ones- those are actually in pretty good condition. There was a section near a small village called Mater that were pretty bad, even though it was mostly flat.
