Recumbent What IS that thing?! Recumbents may be odd looking, but they have many advantages over a "wedgie" bicycle. Discuss the in's and out's recumbent lifestyle in the recumbent forum.

Human Power Challenge 2015

For the last 16 years, Oregon Human Powered Vehicles has held its get-together and races at Portland International Raceway. We share the track with Electrathon racers, and this year also hosted the Left Coast Velomobile Gathering. Here's a few photos.

My good friend Karl just moved to the area and took some great photos:

Note: when turning left, always face right and mug for the camera:

When was the last time you saw a recumbent trike, a recumbent tandem, and a highracer in a pace line?

I'd be interested in the answer to the weight question. It sure is beautiful.
