Bentrideronline adopted the same policy as many other sites to prohibit anyone who just signed up to the site to post messages immediately because of SPAM. You also can not send private messages right away. The folks who run the site are volunteers with a life away from the site so don't expect them to jump at any request right away. They have already posted the same question you have posted here concerning the Sun trike.

My posting privileges got turned on last evening. I realize the admins are not 24/7, but I waited 3 days.
All good now.
