For all you recumbents out there...

Remember the Green Machine made by Marx Toys? Easter Day 1977 my parents told me and my brother to go out to the driveway. Just outside the garage door sat one Green Machine and one Big Wheel. Well, guess which one I got...ya, the lousy Big Wheel. I would sneak a ride on the Green Machine whenever I could, but most the time I was to be the Big Wheel rider.

I think the Green Machine was the invention of some budding recumbent biker. But, I have failed to find a good picture of one...could anyone find one to post here?

Exactly what I was looking for.

I think my brother has some photos of his Green Machine, and since he just got a scanner, I'll see if I can get a good picture to post.

GT were inspired by this trike as well. I got this photo from a bikeshow coverage on some website a couple of years ago. It's a Green Machine for grownups. I want one.

Bikes: None, all, it's the same thing

I found this Green Machine in the dumpster at work. It was made by a guy named Big who was big enough that he'd crush bike wheels. But he wanted to ride, so this is what he made.
