Snicker...
Thought this was funny...

I really don't care what people think when I'm riding my trike, so far the comments I get have been all positive, anyway.

Funny, I consider myself an introvert and have been riding nothing but recumbents since we moved to Florida in 2005.... Most people leave me alone, and I rarely stop on a ride to talk with a total stranger, nor do most people seem interested in my bikes or trikes...

Overheard two landscapers talk to one another in Spanish as I went past. "That's a cool machine, eh?" "Sure, but those are for old people."
They probably didn't know I could understand them.
I generally say hi to everybody, walkers and cyclists, etc. I get a lot more waves from others when I could barely get an acknowledgment while riding a DF bike. The best greeting was one from among the mostly DF cyclists in a group ride going in the other direction. He yelled across the busy road: "I like your machine!" He was the only one riding a recumbent bike. Hehe.

That fine strip is one of hundreds produced by Rick Smith who has a family to feed. For a modest fee anyone interested can participate at https://www.yehudamoon.com/.

Where I found it I could not link directly to it, and there's no way I can find the original link on the Yehuda Moon site. The web address is on the strip. I'd say i'm promoting the strip and I have supported it before. I'm also in the same line of work as he is, so I know the routine very well.
