I have no experience with hitch racks but those who do will ask what kind of bike you have?

Purchased a Hollywood hitch mounted recumbent rack last summer from Amazon...holds both of our Linear 3.0's tucked behind our Sprinter...it's a very solid and stable rack...secures to both 2" and smaller receiver hitches. Adjusts to both long and short wheelbases.

I make my own, but then I took welding in high school... If you know a handyman type, you could ask if he thought he could make one and at what cost. Since I do my own, I do not have to pay labor, so that will probably be the determining factor.
