One Seriously Mean "Touring" Setup
 
Not sure if this belongs here or in touring but looks like a seriously mean setup ... the trailer is an Extrawheel Voyager BTW.

Maybe in Southern Indiana, too. That's a funny looking bike. And trailer (???)

Any personal experience with those trailer wheels, Aushiker? Or, seen any in use?

I think all of them are conventional spoked wheels with clip-on covers.

Wheelbuilders sells plastic spoke covers. It looks like the one on the trailer got smunched.
