One Seriously Mean "Touring" Setup

Not sure if this belongs here or in touring but looks like a seriously mean setup ... the trailer is an Extrawheel Voyager BTW.

Maybe in Southern Indiana, too. That's a funny looking bike. And trailer (???)

Any personal experience with those trailer wheels, Aushiker? Or, seen any in use?

Wheelbuilders sells plastic spoke covers. It looks like the one on the trailer got smunched.
