Quests: RCAF and "Powered by Change"
I was pleased and amazed to spot a pair of of Quest velomobiles arriving in my sleepy northern town today. They were mostly white; one had vertical stripes and an an RCAF roundel on the tail, and the other, the script "Powered by Change." Anybody have a contact?
