Catrike brake problem

Hey Guys,

Took a Catrike (don't know the model number....forgot) out for a little test ride today. Road it less than a mile and managed to break it. What happened was this...came around a corner and encountered a cardboard box. Was only going 4 or 5 miles an hour, but when I hit the brakes, one of them locked up and it seems that it actually bent the rotor. Had to carry it back to the shop. The dealer was dumbfounded, says he's never seen this happen. I really liked riding it, but if that little stop broke it, what would happen in a high speed panic stop? I can't say that I'm impressed with it. It was considerably more expensive than the Tadpole that I also rode, but I liked the Tadpole better. It survived the half mile test ride that killed the Catrike.

Anybody ever had brake troubles with the Catrike or is this a fluke?
