Hey, any kids in FL ever ride between Tallahasse and Gainesville? I'm looking for info on the road riding conditions, any suggestions.

Tell your brother I said Happy Birthday. And that his machine-toy thing is so sweet.
And DoshKel is from one of my dumb fantasy books I read. Yea ok... go ahead and make fun

I'm picking up the new tourer this week and have the itch to get on it already. I'm thinking of skipping out on work friday and going Fri-Sat. Hopefully I'll have enough energy left to rage satruday night.

**** man. Good luck out there. Be safe.
I need to see some pictures of the tourer though. Is it an Old Field Cycles frame?

Oh, pics are coming, and it is an Old Field. I decided I'm doing the ride, so that's that.

i've been wanting to do this ride now for a few months, but i don't have a bike that can handle it.
or rather, i can't handle it on any of the bikes i have.
i tried to use bikely to plan out the route going 27 all the way and it seems the most straightforward, but i'm not sure that would be the best.

Jason went with me. We took the st. marks trail to 98. There isn't anything between perry and st. marks, so that makes for a BORING 50-60 miles. It's a pretty flat route though, so I could see doing it on a single speed over two days. It was a fun trip though.

Yea those are really awesome. Looks like it was a lot of fun. Yea I hate that stretch between St. marks and Perry. Every time I drive it feel like going insane.

Ha, I like how you can totally tell that the Gainesville flyer was folded up in my pocket for 20 sweaty miles before it was scanned, and all the others look pristine. Way to go Gainesville... keeping it crusty. Everybody goes to every one! Organize rides! Let's go! (Who in Gainesville had a car?)
