Hay guys! i'm on teh interweb!

Well... I reformatted my hard drive, reinstalled windows (save it geeks) and got it all working again. Only took me 3 days. I'm now an amateur computer geek. Bikes are so much easier to figure out. At least you don't get your hands dirty on computers.

CM tonight! :D

Did anyone hear anything about a cyclist getting hit at Queen/Gladstone yesterday?

air quality index 52!

Offhoff 05-25-07 08:37 AM

Shiznaz you were frickne' HAULING to work this morning. I honestly just assumed you were a courier with a package until you said hi. Impressive.

Op are you at Bikechain today? I need somewhere to stash some wheels whilst I work.

I was behind a woman who got hit on Queen yesterday but it was at Shaw. The one that I saw wasn't too bad, the woman went down hard but the nutty thing was that the motorist kept going, the prick. Myself and another cyclist caught up to him a block later and he pulled over when he saw that he was being chased, the ****er.

How did you hear about the Gladstone one, was it very serious?

Shiznaz, what brand of watch were you wearing last week at the safety meeting? That silver one that you won't wear on your trip because of the vibrations.

Someone would actually sacrifice their time to pretend go to a university. The hahahhaah has not stopped reverbating throughout my house yet. Either that or the whole thing is a publicity stunt and story fabrication by stanford related personnel.

Free Stanford education... sing me up. That's 'Good Will Hunting' style.

I don't ride that way often, but why is it so bad?

canice 05-25-07 12:45 PM

gladstone leads onto the section of dufferin north of queen, so there's constant traffic. and there's a really messy section of streetcar tracks.

or maybe my hate for that neighbourhood is manifesting itself in different ways... ;)

I love CL postings without pictures that offer details like this:

"Tandem Bicycle for sale at best offer"

Good site to waste time on:

And I'm not even a dog person, but the puppies are cute!!

Who's coming out to CM tonight?

iherald 05-25-07 01:36 PM

Bjarne Riis, winner of the 1996 Tour de France, admitted Friday that he had taken the banned blood-boosting drug EPO while competing for the German team Telekom. He used EPO during this tour win.

I wonder what they'll do. He never failed a test because they didn't have a test back then.

tam and I will be there... gotta take a break from fixing the damn computer!

Wes- Put me down for a maybe on Sunday morning (strong maybe) and I'm down for mallet building. We should do it at my house 'cause I've got lots of tools and stuff. Unfortunately I won't be able to make the bike week polo game 'cause I have prior engagements :( Surely we can find enough for a game at another time though

psshhht, I wasn't going THAT fast. I usually do a full on death sprint from spadina to york. I guess my brake lets me go a little faster.

Well, my email is closed up, my cubicle has somebody else living in it now, and all loose ends are tied. We even had cake and I have a gift certificate to starbucks and also to the keg. Beers are in the fridge. I am DONE. Summer Holidays Here I Come!
