Representatives from NORCO, IMBA, Toronto Off-Road Bicycling Group, Saltydog Trail Running, City of Toronto and the University of Toronto’s Mountain Biking Team will be on hand with displays and information about ongoing projects and events in the area. Come early and help out with the University of Toronto’s annual cleanup day to clear garbage from the trails and surrounding area. Anyone know who's IRO avec blue ano Open Pro + Phil wheel and red platforms hangs out by Mnt. Sinai hospital? I noticed that a few times this week and it appears to be a "nice bike."

ah yes, the summer lunchtime ride. Go out for 30 minutes, return to the office and THEN start sweating like a pig. :P I think I need a little musette/feed bag type of dealie for lunchtime errands to try and avoid the dreaded msngr bag swamp-back.
