Went out for a spin through the beaches - it was nice to have Lakeshore Blvd mostly to myself.

what kind of extravagance comes with a $15 tube? does it heal itself like T2000 when it's wounded?

*Note to everyone ever engaging in an argument*

Feinting is the ultimate sympathy card. Only use it after completing an argument about how you can't live of XX (30 euros in my case) a week.
Crash to the floor.
Stay down for 10 min.
... (my case winning the argument)
Profit!

it was 40* today, and i didn't drink enough. Im happy/really light headed, kinda like tipsy with out drinking!

30 Euros a week? Isn't that the cost of a middling entrée at a semi reasonable restaurant?

yea pretty much... the transit is 1 euro a trip, and laundry comes up to 9 euros if i hang stuff up to dry! [Edit] that came out wrong. its 4 euros a load + 60 cents per thing of soap, so white load, and dark load.

got in this morning.

left banff at 11am on the 30th, and made it into toronto at 6am (4am banff time) today.
there is no smell like 4 dudes in a van driving for 43 hours straight in 25+ temperatures with no ac.

so ****ty about those bikers in Manitoba.
I was so nervous when one of the other guys was driving passing a bike along that stretch.
There is very little room along that stretch for bikes to maneuver without being in the middle of the lane.

Winnipeg appeared to have a thriving fixed gear scene, and I saw a bunch in montreal.
Banff was full of home made chopper bikes. Mixte or Mustang frames with the forks extended by 18"

Good grief, a large number of the people posting in the road sub-forum are pieces of crap. You suggest critical mass might be fun or that it raises awareness of cycling in urban environments, and the next thing you know, people are calling you a coward and asking if they can piss in your mouth.
