this was my third day for fixed riding I can only stay at 40K nothing faster and getting bounced off the seat each time I switch position on the saddle

Close but not it Som, it was an electronic device that would overlay a healthy pattern over the brain as it were. Not like a person training their brain. I read it in Wired a couple years ago I think, it made my eyes go pooiiiing!!!!

I watched how operator drove his bike in the CM ride and fixie's would drop him on hills no problem
