Spokes and Sports (my store) on Avenue Rd north of Lawrence has a brand new Trek tandem that's rentable. Not sure how much $$ the boss wants for renting it, but for one night I'd guess between $50 - $100.

I have used tri-flow for years with good results. This season I started using Rock and Roll chain lubes and have to say that stuff is great. Nice and silent with no dirt attraction. And when you put it on it cleans the chain at the same time.

Check the post before mine - that was a terror-induced use of all-caps. Happy birthday to your daughter though.
Unrelated note #1: enjoy tomorrow's ride. I'll be out of town but hopefully I'll see you all next weekend for that ride.
Unrelated note #2: I'm heading back to Sarnia for the weekend (hometown) and looking foward to the Saturday morning garage sale lightning round. Hopefully I can find myself some $15 old school goodness (come on chromed Ciocc).

is it a forum etiquette no-no to post pictures of one's self? i got to thinking this morning that i have met a few of you here and there but there's some forum names that have no faces for me. i could start with mine and everyone could post as they like no nudity (okay nudity, but only tasteful, on-a-bear-skin-rug kind of thing).
