in related news, in the same LCBO i happened on a bottle of canadian rye, it was a single malt and it sold for less than the cheap blended scotch. i was truly intrigued, i should have bought it, i forgot the name (no it's not wisers, it was an independant producer). |

Johnny Walker Blue blows 90% of single malts out of the water any day of the week.
That is all. |

I can't drink the blended stuff at all. Must be a good single malt. |
What's this about the Kryptonite flat key locks?
|
Cavernmech's just fear mongering because he wants everyone else to use that ****ed up cable lock he always has wrapped around his waist. [serious note]I REALLY hope we don't have to go through another Kryptonite recall debacle.[/serious note]

I'll likely show up between 7:00 and 7:30 as well. My friend cuts my hair (she runs her "studio" in her apartment) so we usually wind up socializing and listening to music and stuff so it takes a while (appt is at 5:30). :D

I like the utilitarian look of the monster chain but I'd sure hate to carry it around.

seriously...it must be quite intimidating uncoiling that chain in front of offending motorist. I picked up the furget-about-it at Cycle Therapy, crazy heavy
Jeremy, what kinda of cheffing you specialize in? All the chefs I know all are wonderfully competent all around but they all have a zest or passion for something in particular. |
It would start raining just as I start to go for a little cruise at lunch, wouldn't it? Of course, I was going to grab lunch someplace and as I was riding down Augusta I decided it would be nice to sit in the "window" (ie. opening) at Big Fat Burrito and read a book "outside" while sheltered from the rain. It was lurvly! And the rain died down enough after an hour that I barely got wet getting back to the office. Oh, and the burrito was decent also (first time there).
