Operator, the best deal going is $5.99 + $2.99 (shipping and handling) for night vision glasses. You need 3 popsicle wrappers circa 1980 though.
Nice, thanks. The batteryspace was the one I was trying to avoid because they charge $20 for UPS standard (get pwned on brokerage) or $60 for UPS Expedited (ridiculous). Are there any local places downtown?
I'd LOVE to have a motorcycle pingpong ball headlight setup, with high beam!!!! I wouldn't mind baggin a recharagable 12v battery, what a couple/few extra pounds in the bag....no biggie. mmmmm surprisingly bright lights to one's way with. There are a couple sections of bike path at night that are terrifyingly black, in places you don't want it to be black.
Basically it's going to last a ******* long time on one charge with awesome light output. You can substitute a SLA/NiCd batteries in place of the Nimh to save some money, but you pay for it in runtime/stable battery output/weight.
So I says to Mable I says

Bikes: too many too list
I have been watching the results from the London Track League. Mr Cranky-Pants...Aka Dave Bee... has been doing almost the same flying lap times since he has been going to the track...high 11's. I would be cranky too if every noob at the track was beating my time. I did a mid 11 time the first flying lap I ever did.
Rumble in da Bronx 3 video (why didn't they have any footage of people riding down the two stair sets - why?!):
